WHERE ARE YOU NOW?
Maybe you’re having trouble organizing your thoughts or keeping track of conversations. Maybe you hear things others don’t or find yourself questioning what’s real and what’s not. You might feel like your mind jumps too fast or like it’s covered in fog.
These experiences can be confusing, isolating, even frightening. You might not have a name for what’s happening yet. Some people have tried words like schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, delusional disorder, or psychosis. You wonder if they apply to you.
Whatever your diagnosis (or if you’re still figuring it out), one thing is true: you deserve to feel safe in your own mind.
WHERE WILL YOU GO?
With your feet on real ground.
The goal isn’t to control every thought. The goal is to feel in control of how you respond to them. With support, many people living with thought disorders can regain clarity, manage symptoms, and reconnect with others and themselves.
You want to be able to trust your mind. To have conversations without second-guessing what’s real. To feel less afraid of your own experience. That kind of progress is possible.
We know greater clarity is possible—even when your thoughts tell you otherwise.
