Are You Ready For A Substance Abuse Recovery Group?

You’re still in recovery from drug or alcohol abuse, but you’re no longer attending a substance use residential program or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). You still need support,but you need less support than you used to. Enter post IOP addiction support groups: the same group therapy format that you’re used to, but offered weekly or biweekly. Led by therapists with years of experience in addiction counseling, you’ll find a community of people committed to the ongoing work of recovery and a safe place to build strength and consistency, post IOP. We keep our groups small, 4-5 participants, so that each member has ample time to share, process, connect and have their hand in support.

Who This Is For

Our post IOP recovery group is for people in recovery who want personalized support without losing the community benefits. Our support group is designed to give you a powerful therapeutic space within a healing community, without compromising your recovery process or your transition back to daily life.

Unlike Alcoholics Anonymous and similar support communities, our substance use support group is led by a licensed therapist with experience in addiction recovery. If you don’t find peer-led support groups as helpful or struggle with the spirituality component, you may benefit from our groups that blend social support with licensed mental health insight.

Led by Breanne Dargon, LMFT and Jeff Williams, LCSW

Hey there, we’re Breanne and Jeff. We’re Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers in San Diego, California. We’ve spent a combined 25 years+ working at residential treatment centers and learning from some of the best in the field of recovery. We’re passionate about recovery and understand the responsibility and extraordinary strength it takes to fight the lifelong battle of addiction.
