Individual therapy is one-on-one support from a trained, compassionate therapist who’s there to focus entirely on you. It’s your space to be honest, unfiltered, and real — without judgment, pressure, or performance.
Whether you’re working through a specific struggle or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, counseling helps you untangle thoughts, process emotions, and build healthier ways of thinking and responding. Sessions are confidential, paced at your comfort level, and shaped by what matters most to you.
Some days it’s about learning skills. Some days it’s about falling apart. It’s all welcome here.
